When you enter our driveway, you’ll see PENZONE Salon + Spa Dublin to the left and BASE ONE to the right. Please park in the lot located closest to BASE ONE.

If you’re here for a training or event, a member of the event team will greet you.
If you’re here for L I T Life + Yoga, our luminaries (instructors) will do their best to greet you up front. Alternately, come on in and find the directional signage to get back to our Movement Studio.
If it’s your first reservation for the Creative Studio and/or Spa Suite, a member of the BASE ONE team will meet you to get you oriented.
Complimentary Crimson Cup drip coffee + water is available. Quick bites + catering will be available from Krema Nut Co. + Cameron Mitchell Premier Events.
Made to order cafe drinks, cocktails, wine + beer will be available during our curated events + upon request by renters.

We offer a weekly yoga schedule featuring a variety of class formats with infrared heat, labs + series to allow deeper exploration of the elements of yoga (even beginner), + Yoga Teacher Training.
